Gorgonzola PDO BIO is exclusively produced with certified organic milk. Soft and creamy, with an ivory white paste and light green veining. This product best expresses the rich heritage of tastes and flavors belonging to its milk, obtained by our cows which are exclusively breeded according to the strictest principles of organic farming. The flavor is indeed an explosion of long-lasting, refined tastes with intense and vegetable notes. It is still made by hand, with modern but not industrial technology, and we complete its maturation process and selection in the Taleggio Valley.
